Building a Strong Legal Foundation for Your Business
Starting a business involves more than choosing a name and registering a company. The right legal foundation can help protect your future.

Most founders spend their first months on product, customers, and cash flow. The legal structure underneath the company often gets decided in an afternoon, and revisited only when something goes wrong.
Choose the right structure
Your entity type shapes liability, tax treatment, and how easily you can bring in partners or investors later. It is worth deciding deliberately rather than by default.
Put agreements in writing early
Founder agreements, ownership splits, and decision rights are far easier to agree while everyone is aligned. Waiting until there is tension makes the same conversation much harder.
Protect what you build
Contracts with clients, suppliers, and contractors should make clear who owns the work and what happens if a relationship ends. A short review now can prevent a long dispute later.
